2 Vintage 1940's bath towel sets, White Cotton, Embroidered Poodle, McCutcheon's Blue Label. Condition is Used. These strangely charming towels featuring red eyed poodles will definitely make a statement. Supposedly poodles were on everything back in the day however I am not sure what streak of poetic license inspired the eye color. These towels were barely used and I guess my great aunt had them in the guest bath of her Connecticut home. These have no stains or thin spo...ts. I've washed them several times over the past 24 years but never had the perfect occasion to use them. I've only washed them when I was moving house and to test that the colors were fast. The colors are and do not run.Listing includes two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths. Bath towel: 45 x 25 inchesHand towel: 25.5 x 16 inchesWashcloth: 12 x 12 inches
