This hubcap came from an old GULF service station that closed down. It had been sitting on a shelf for decades and got very dirty. All I have done to clean it is use a damp rag on the outward side. I did not use any polish or chemicals and only spent about a minute wiping it down. The center has some dirt on the inside of the clear cover. If you pop it off the back it should clean up nice.
