This offer is for a very good vintage cotton camp blanket from an Iowa estate..
The pattern is reversible from predominantly green plaid to predominantly tan.
This handsome camp blanket is clean, has no holes or tears, and no odors.
The blanket has fabric binding on two ends. The binding is in good condition with perhaps a little fading appropriate for its age, but no tears or broken/missing stitches.
Camp blankets were very popular in the 1950's-60's.... They were sturdy and meant to last a long time. In Iowa, they were often given as prizes at Bingo games especially when the carnival came to town once each summer.
The combination of the fabric weight and texture, is perfect for the true country or cabin look.
