This 76-page publication has been stored in a polypropylene archival bag in a smoke-free environment for the past thirty-eight years, and is in excellent condition. The cover is extremely clean and smooth, and appears to have retained all of its original vivid semi-gloss finish. The issue's only noteworthy cosmetic flaws appear to be a couple of small hairline creases (2" and 1 1/2") at the bottom-most right corner, which are also apparent on the pages. The pages (inserts included) are otherwise clean and crisp, with sharp corners and no rips, tears, or extraneous markings detected. The mailing label was meticulously removed, leaving an almost imperceptible trace and no residue. The staples are clean and the spine is tight with zero wear.
