This is an old Standard Oil Company, "BEST" padlock, no key.
I had a relative (who died in 1994) that retired as a traveling service station mechanic for Chevron, and this was in his estate.
Great for collection, sold in the condition found.
Just over 2 3/4 inches tall, weighs 8.5 ounces and is uncleaned.
