This is one of the limited edition (No. 0892/1710) Green Bag bobbleheads of the late Associate Justice, Antonin Scalia. (Google "Bobblehead annotations" to learn more about this particular one.) It features, among other things, the "wolf that comes as a wolf" from Morrison v. Olson and the "Lemon test" that, Scalia suggested in the Good News case, was like a "ghoul in a late-night horror movie."
Unfortunately, the little pencil that came with the bobblehead -- for the Ju...stice to use in putting a stake in the heart of the Lemon test -- cracked, and I had to tape it back together.
