This is the lower part of a Push Garden Cultivator.It is missing the upright handle.
The buyer would need to fabricate such a handle or purchase one somewhere.
This is a nice heavy duty one verses most of these out there. You can tell by looking at the heavier & much more solid 5 tines.
Has 5 trailing Tines behind the rotating chopp...er drum.Is clearly marked " RoHo Rowe Mfg Co " on the sides of the rotating drum in raised lettering.
Nice condition. Will work wonders in your garden or as a nice display piece.
Again, there is no upright handle.
