As from September 4th 2013, ebay have decided that they are no longer content to charge commission only on the final sale price, but also on the postage and packing charge, so unfortunately I have had to raise these charges by the same percentage. If and when ebay reverse this policy, my shipping charges will be reduced by 10%.I am disposing of my extensive collection of badges and patches, which I built up mostly at concerts in the 1970s and 1980s. The majority are rock and heavy... metal, but there are a few of other genres. I will also be listing a few T shirts and magazines (Kerrang!, NME, Sounds, etc.), plus concert programmes and related items, so please keep watching my listings. I have made every effort to keep all my items in excellent condition (although this has not always been possible with the paper items), so the vast majority are as new or nearly so.This poster is printed on thin card, not paper, measures approximately 12 inches by 17 and a half inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm.), and is in excellent overall condition. I purchased it at a concert at Maine Road, then the home of Manchester City FC in about 1974, and it has been kept carefully in a drawer ever since, so it is well preserved, although the back has some spots of age-related discoloration, a natural consequence of the passage of time. It was put into circulation by Coffer Sports of London, who were at that time prominent in the supply of football and pop memorabilia to the trade.These posters were produced in large quantities at the time, but the high attrition rate associated with ephemeral items of this nature has resulted in very few surviving examples, especially in such an excellent state of preservation, without the usual pinholes or tape marks. This is the only music-related Coffer poster currently available on ebay, although there are a small number of the more common football player posters. I am also currently selling several similar items, so please check my other listings.My apologies for the high cost of postage on this item, but I am not in a position to influence the pricing policies of Royal Mail. It is too large to be sent by letter post, so will have to go as a parcel. I have packed it flat and well protected between two sheets of sturdy cardboard, which has added to the cost, but it would be a pity to take a chance on it being damaged in transit.Payment accepted in sterling by cheque, postal order or International Money Order. Please note that Canadian or US Money Orders in USD cannot be cashed in England; only International Money Orders made out in Pounds Sterling are acceptable.
