A Victorian Youghal needle lace border. It may be intended for use as a collar, as both ends are finished. The border is 49" (124.5cm) long and 2 1/2" (6.5cm) deep. It is mainly, in very good condition with an occasional small opening, see photographs. I have a pair of Youghal cuffs listed which are in virtually the same pattern, except for the floral motif.
NB: I will only be posting once a week, as I have a member of my household who is in the vulnerable gro...up and must not catch the virus. If I have not received payment by Thursday morning following the auction, purchases will not be shipped until the following Thursday. I apologise for having to take this measure, but I must ensure the safety of everyone in my household.
