for auction is a hard to find D S English leather slitter. It was made in Newark NJ.  It is made of steel rosewood and brass. It is in good as found condition. It has a C S Osborne cutter knife. The blade will need some sharpening. The steel parts on the slitter has some corrosion and surface rust and will need some cleaning. There is signs of user wear. The brass handle is in good shape. The wood is solid and secure. There are some dents and dings in the wood and the tool.  ... Please see pictures for condition. Ask questions before you bid.
