Antique Swiss Black Forest Wood Carving Grizzly BEAR Walking, Brienz
I offer here this amazing wood carving. It is carved from wood in Swiss Black Forest style in the shape of a grizzly bear with glass eyes. It is dated 1946 at the base but the bear could be much older. The work of the carver is very detailed and natural
Measurement: ca. 4-7/8" tall and ca. 6- 3/4" long from nose to back of base, ca. 3-5/16" wide
Condition: good used condition with great patina..., sell as shown
Vintage or Era: probably Brienz, ca. 1946 or earlier
