This is an early antique 1800's hand painted Folk Art fox hunt scene decanter. It is in good condition and measures 8 1/2 by 5 by 3 inches. It is unsigned but does the the # 6 painted on the bottom. It is hand blown and has a polished pontil on the bottom. The bottom is smooth. The scene is of a fox hunt with a rider blowing the horn and chasing the fox. It is done in the naive style and is a classic example of folk art.
