Super RARE, fabulous Marimekko "Mansikkavuoret" Strawberry print designed by Maija Isola printed Suomi Finland in 1971. 84" long x 55" wide.
A truly awesome find, in very bright mustard yellow, red orange greens and white on a natural mid-heavy weight cotton fabric.
Originally stretched over a large wood frame as a statement piece of art, it has been carefully removed from the frame and gently soaked to restore its brightness and remove all smell. Enough fabric for... two full panels of this mod print.
In amazing condition for its age and use, there are some small pin holes at the edges and some watermarks. There is a large watermark in the center around the clouds that runs vertical, I did not try to remove this see second photo.
