This is for the part that pops out of the jack in the box as there is no box. As you can see in the photos, there is a lot of wear (and rust) to popeye and the can, the clip to hold the lid down is missing! He does go down with a bit of help but sticks at an angle and usually needs help to come back up. Please be sure to review the photos!!
