This is an antique no. 8 painted cast iron doorstop / bookend by Hubley.
It's a lovely small handled basket of flowers including Roses, Daisies and Forget-me-nots(?) that are painted in soft colors.
The back is marked with the number 8 as shown.
It's in very good condition without any breaks or cracks, the paint has some wear from age and gentle use.
It measures about 5-3/4" tall, 4-1/2" wide and 1-3/4" deep at the base - it weighs about 2 lbs.
