About the artist: Doug and Patti Lindstrand live on the shores of a small, secluded lake in the Matanuska Valley of Alaska. Their love... of the wilderness and wildlife brought them both to the "Last Frontier" and from their studio overlooking the lake and hillside. There, they record it in pencil and paint. They have illustrated and written two of Alaska's bestselling books. (Note: This mini autobiography was printed on the back of the artwork).
