World War II good conduct medal. Appears to be brass. Reads "FOR GOOD CONDUCT" on one side with a star and laurels, and "EFFICIENCY HONOR FIDELITY" on the other with an eagle perched on a sword or bayonete.
Red grosgrain ribbon with white/ivory stripes. Has a rollover pin closure.
CONDITIONNo rips or holes in the ribbon. Cloth shows age. Pin closure works properly and holds tightly. Medal shows patina due to age but has no deep scratches or other damage.
