2011 NASA Space Shuttle Program STS-135 Commendation with US Flag Flown in Space

This United States Flag was flown aboard Atlantis during the final shuttle mission, STS-135 from July 8 - 21, 2011, after completing 200 orbits of the Earth.The certificate lists all of the orbiters and the number of miles and flights each traveled. It also includes all of the Shuttle program managers since 1970, since this is an official NASA Progr...am Manager's Commendation.
It is an 11" x 17" glossy color certificate printed on heavy paper. There is one small tear and a couple of light, short crease lines as shown (last 2 photos).
The U.S. Flag is approx. 6.25" wide x 4.25" high and is attached to the certificate.
The frame is 21" x 16", natural oak with clear acrylic covering the certificate and an acid free foamcore holding it in place. The mat is white and the frame back includes foam bumpers, hanging wire and a wall hanger (sealed in bag).
The employee's name is covered to protect his privacy, but it is actually shown on the certificate/commendation.
