Condition is pre-owned.
In good working condition as far as i can tell. I have not used them. I see no damage that effects performance. The anti reverse works. The wheels are good. I'm not certain the bindings are complete because I don't know what they should look like. They are not loose or anything. You can see any scratches or scuffs in the photos. That is the info I have.
