Very nice carved chess set with it's own original carrying box. Red and white pieces are in good vintage condition, tight and erect, with some scrapes or rubs from normal use, no cracks or chips. Nice sturdy wooden box with great patina - lid slides freely, with dovetailed corner joints. King piece measures 2 1/4", box measures 4 1/4" x 3" x 2". Please see all pics for detail and condition.
