King Kong Vintage Pull String Talking Doll by Mattel. He currently does not talk. When his string is pulled, it retracts, and the motor spins. (If you are looking for vintage dolls like this from this era that DO talk/work, please check back as I have quite a few to list!) I have personally had other pullstring dolls restored by people through eBay, who restore vintage dolls.
