THE CLOCK WORK MOTOR DOES WINDUP & RUNS. SOME PAINT MISSING FROM RUST. THERE IS NO MAJOR RUST ROT(HOLES).THERE WAS VERY LITTLE TO NO INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET FOR THIS COMPANY AND TOY.IT MEASURES 3" TALL.IT'S IN OKAY CONDITION.PLEASE USE THE ZOOM FEATURE TO JUDGE FOR YOURSELF THE CO...NDITION.
