ANTIQUE TE-OH CHINA NIPPON LEMONADE SET WITH ICE LIP PITCHER HAND PAINTED ROSE DECORATION This eBay listing is for a set of antique Te-Oh China Hand Painted Nippon (as marked on the bottoms) Lemonade Set with ice lip pitcher and 4 cups. Based on my research - this was made by Te-Oh Nogoya Seilo which went on to become Nagoya Seitosho which dates this piece ca 1890-1921. The overall size of the pitcher is 6 1/4" tall. There is a small chip ...on the top of the handle in the cobalt blue glaze. No other damage found on the pitcher. The cups are also marked the same on the bottom as well and each measures just under 4" tall. The rims felt a little rough but I believe its how they were made as they all feel the same. No chips, flea bites, cracks, hairlines, etc..found. I did however notice on the 1 cup that on the inside it looks like the white glaze ran some during the firing (see pictures).
