Being that these have been previously displayed may have loose hair, a small blemish or brush marks or paint flakes or chips on the bottom of the base (nothing visible when in display)...but nothing is obvious to us!Very, Very Nice Set. Church is a Façade Only - Perfect for Mantels as it is not very wide. Doors do not open. It does have a light cord with it, so it can be lit or it can easily be removed. It is real wood, hand stained. Church/Chapel is approximately 25 Inches Tall X 14 Inches Wide. Church will be sent in its own box, separate from the CarolersVery Clean!Carolers will be individually bag'd, bubblewrapped and placed in a new corrugated box, properly prepared for shipping with Fragile Tape on the box.
