Original Description:


Up for consideration is an Antique English Regency Mahogany Paw Footed Wine Cellarette or Wine chest...It stands about 14.5 inches tall and measures 24.5 X 29.5 inches long. It has inlay shell parts with bands of string inlay...There are heavy brass handles and lock cover...on the front...and matching brass hinges..the feet look old but there is a large rectangular wear mark where the feet are looking like maybe there was a block at each corner so at one time there was an old r...epair made or an alteration.  Please understand the piece is 200+ years old...if you get the right style and if condition is right these can be worth a lot of money...Im trying to ask a reasonable price due to the repairs etc...So please see photos as part of the description.
