This official gift from Boeing to its employees "contains metal taken from spacecrafts Columbia and Eagle, " and FLOWN in space, was issued after the successful July 1971 lunar landing of Apollo 15.  The beautiful 1.25" coin has a depiction of the photograph of Buzz Aldrin saluting the American flag, the words "The Eagle has Landed July 20, 1969", and the other side has the written authentication that the coin contains metal from the two moonships. Attached to the official 19...71 parchment "gift card" from Boeing, this is the first of all the commemorative Apollo 11 coins that contain spacecraft metal.
