This is one of the earlier Francis Kroeber clocks, circa 1875 with a nice hand painted colorful designed cast iron front, having a selection of fruits on the case. It measures 20 x 18 inches, and has a lower aperture to see the pendulum swing. The dial is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and the movement is an eight day, brass, striking on the hours. It is fully signed on the front plate by Kroeber, NEW YORK. It is selling with NO RESERVE, and shipping is $40 within the contiguous USA.
