I claimsomething is new even if box is worn (an example is vintage) as long as itemitself has never been used. Shippingcosts are not cheap anymore.......so if there is a shipping fee, you may notagree with it but unless you also sell on ebay you are unaware of the rise inprices both thru USPS and Fedex. Ebay hasalso said that USPS is experiencing delayed deliveries. Sometimes it is NOT anoption for a seller to choose another wayto send packages as it may the only way to save on higher fees from othercompanies especially when items are under 5 pounds. Please understand that USPSdelays are not the fault of the seller. You can see via ebay site the date it wasentered into the USPS system to verify when it was mailed; which can prove the timelyprocess and duty to customer of the seller.
