This rocking chair is nice and sturdy. It does show some cosmetic wear but when a doll or bear is placed in it, it won't be noticed. It is 8 1/2" tall. The seating area measures 3 1/8" x 3 1/8". The seat of the chair is 3 1/8" from the table and the back is 5" from the seat to the curved place at the top of the chair back.
