No markings but based on cloth covered wires would guess early 1900's. Seems a little Art Deco but basic shape of a pan light. No dents but very dirty. Main parts brass (none magnetic) with arms & chain metal. Each light has a switch and only the switch knobs are marked, Union. 24" ceiling to bottom. 18" diameter.
Needs rewired and cleaned but otherwise ready to go. Nice period light.
