59 vintage Original WWII Photo negatives U.S. Army men WACs tanks ships Camp Young tents, planes. I got these from an estate where someone had placed all of these in an envelope marked wwii. There are several photos of the guys in pup tents and much larger tents. One guy is wearing a tee shirt that says Camp Young. I also show a camp with brick buildings...etc. I have no idea if that is Camp Young. Probably another camp where the guy took basic or advanced. General Patton bought 28 acr...es from a guy in the desert for 5 bucks an acre and then spread out. One picture shows 2 soldiers standing with a civilian. Perhaps he is the land owner. Rare picture.
There are several of ships. Ships marked c42 or c47. 647? And U52...though the ship is a surface vessel.
Numerous pictures of WACs. Hooray. And men doing acrobatics. Oh, you ladies get one with two bare chested soldiers.
Interesting plane and one has about a thousand tanks in it. This was Pattons medical corp...or so im told.
Various sizes. I counted 59 images. Don't throw a fit if there is only 58. In fact...lets just call it fifty and be happy.
