Original Description:
Here's a nice old Iron City Leg Vise, likely from before 1900.  Just the way it was unbolted from the workbench at an old estate sale.  Smooth lead, nice jaw match, crosshatching still visible on jaw faces, nice straight cross handle and leg.  It has been cleaned but not abused with a wire brush or grinder and coated with a layer of boiled linseed oil to preserve the patina.  Nice working vise at a realistic price.  Missing the leaf spring.  Weighs 60 lbs.... before packing.  Approximately 39 inches tall with 4-3/4" jaws.  Email inquiries welcome.
