This is the 1928 Chicago Fire Department Seagrave Water Tower 1 (FR034-1). This model was the actual model used to take photos for the Fire Replicas website. The model is in mint condition and comes with its mint condition acrylic case and box. The only thing that makes this different than a standard production version is the holes in the bottom of the base (used to temporarily remove the model from the base).
