A VINTAGE THE ASHTON MINERAL WATER Co, ASHTON-U-LYNE, SUPERIOR GINGER BEER STONE BOTTLE dating back to the c1900's which has been found alongside other bottles in an old domestic rubbish tip a few years ago. On the base edge left hand side is the PRICE BRISTOL pottery impressed mark. The cork stoppered bottle measures 16.5cm high and is in GOOD FAIR CONDITION being clean with full gloss sheen to the glaze surface having no chips, cracks or hairlines. There is a smal...l glaze flake on the lip edge cause by de-corking. I am quite happy to combine purchases for buyers to help save on postage and shipping costs.
