Antique Porcelain RS Germany Hat Pin Holder Roses
The beautifully hand painted porcelain hat pin holder is from RS Germany.
It measures 4 1/2" tall, 2" round at the top and 2 1/2" round at the base.
There is gold trim on the top and bottom with some worn off.
There are no chips or cracks.
It will hold 19 pins.
It is tastefully painted in nice soft colors.
It is marked RS Germany on the underside.
