This is a unique piece. It is a piece of natural stone/granite type material. It has a raised surface and was painted by a Russian prisoner.
This is an estate item, owned for a long time by a person who visited a Russian prison. The base measures 7" x 2 3/4" and is 6" tall. It is heavy, weighing 4 pounds. There is a plaque affixed on the front side but I do not know what it says. Low starting price.
