Smoking Bear Battery Operated Tin Toy. Condition is fair: clothing is dirty/stained, fabric tears on ear, front sleeve, back jacket; battery operated unit for smoking cigar mechanism is missing and does not work; red bulb nose missing. For parts or restore. Please see photos for best description.
