Original Vintage Old Antique LicensedBENEDICTE WRENSTED (boldly Imprinted in lower right hand corner) Real Photo POSTCARD RPPC of FRANK & POHENE GEORGE Native INDIAN SHOSHONE Northern Idaho Native American Indian TribeI could NOT find this Native Man in the Book "Benedicte Wrensted A Danish Photographer of Idaho Indians" I also went thru the 150 known wrensted native photos shown in Idaho State University website & could NOT FIND T...HIS PHOTOThis RPPC was actually made at Wrensted studios sometime between 1907--1920 from original glass negative, I have owned this RPPC for several years and recently bought the new book about Wrensted , which gave me much information....according to book ( Benedicte Wrensted A Danish Photographer of Idaho Indians by Scherer) Miss Wrensted very seldom made any postcards from her negatives RPPC & only for family members or locals. So (according to the book) this is a rare original copy made by her studio of a famous photo of which the original glass negative is now held in the SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTE MUSEUMCONDITION: No Glare in RPPC postcard (glare is from my lousy photo skills) Unused, never sent, Great Colors, complete, glossy, slightest wear at corners, Belongs in YOUR MUSEUMWEIGHS: less than 1 ounce MEASURES: card is 5.5" x 3+7/16 (definitely less than 3.5")" IMPRINTED: "B.
