Original Description:
This is a wonderful vintage quilt top in the Nine Patch Star pattern. The fabrics are wonderful feed sack fabrics from the 1930's or before.  The top measures 75-1/2" by 89". There are 143 Nine Patch Star blocks in this quilt top.  It is hand sewn with stitches at 7-8 stitches per inch and nicely stitched. There are approximately 11 split seams, some large (pictured). It does not appear that any of the fabric is missing so these could be repaired. There are approximately 4 or... 5 blocks with spots. The top lays very flat. This top has been hand washed.
