Up for sale is a vintage flow blue decorative plate with a scene on it and gold accents. Marked on back Made in Germany. Measures 7 1/2 inches round. Still has a hanger on it where someone had it hanging on the wall. Great shape with no chips, cracks, or other damage. Just has blue dots of paint in center part.
