1929 Boy Scout Scrapbook covering the trip to World Jamboree at Camp Arrowe Birkenhead, England. Grouping of 35 scouts from Rockford Illinois and their journey to the 1929 World Jamboree. Great collection of newspaper clipping, letters to parents, brochures of visited sites. 27 pages. In the back is prophecy of the class of 1929. Condition is Used most pages are lose and edges are brittle from attic storage and most everything has been glued in someway in the scrapboo...k. There is a stetson scout master cap that I assume goes with the scrapbook as it was with it. Also stored in an attic. It needs cleaning and is not flexable. A real point of intetest, is a letter describing a 48 star US parade flag that was used to salute the Prince of Wales as they passed the reviewing stand. Nice collection. Please ask any questions.
