Havlat played majority of his career with Ottawa then Chicago Blackhawks, Minnesota Wild, New Jersey Devils, San Jose Sharks and lastly the St. Louis Blues. The veteran put up solid career numbers despite injuries and represented the Czech Republic on the international stage. Jersey is an authentic CCM size 58 worn in early 2000 in which Havlat made his professional debut.
