I do not know the country of manufacture of this extremely rare halloween decoration. It is designed to stand and it will, but you have to spread his wooden legs pretty far to get him to stay standing.If you bring his legs together over his head, a round, honeycomb decoration is formed (see photos). A small portion of the chin has separated, but I do have it and it will be included. There is a bend on the nose, also shown in the photos.I would speculate that this rare... decoration is from Germany, but I cannot find a stamp to verify this!!It will be shipped between two pieces of cardboard and then placed in a large bubble mailing envelope.
