The National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame--Toledo Chapter 1974 12th Awards Dinner program signed by Woody Hayes and Mel Triplett. Woody Hayes was the Speaker for the event and signed the front cover. Mel Triplett signed the back cover and played for the New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, Cleveland Browns from 1955-1963. There is some yellowing around the edging and there is a center crease like the program was folded in a pocket and does go through the H of Hayes.&...nbsp;
