Antique 45 Star American Flag from late 1800's. Handmade hand sewn high quality. Hand cut stars. 31" x 54". This flag belonged to the kids great grandfather and has been in the family for a very long time. Excellent condition for its age. Appears to have been made by an excellent seamstress. The maker even took the time to use red, white, and blue colored threads, which seems to be a sign of expertise and care. There are two small sections with writing. One is Herbert... Mc. And the other is initials H.W.M. The flag belonged to Herbert McKenzie. See pictures to determine condition. Some pictures were taken with different lighting which is why the colors appear slightly different. Item will be shipped in standard packaging and only mailed within continental United States.
