This auction is for a rare late 1940's vintage Cleveland Indians baseball team "Chief Wahoo" rubber mascot character doll, marked: REMPEL MFG. INC. - FRED G. WEINERT - PAT. NO. 2, 469, 892 - AKRON, O. - U.S.A. - This classic soft rubber character has a tomahawk in one hand and a scalp in the other, and squeaks as designed when squeezed. This whimsical mascot doll appears just very lightly used, is not dried or damaged, and overall is in excellent condition. Please zoom in on... all pictures for details.
