Here's a vintage original hard to find split wood hickory solid shank shovel handle that was NOS and "rescued" from being a barn door handle and re-furbished to use as a solid shank shovel again. 26 1/4 inch long. Only two small screw holes go all the way thru the entire shaft. Countersunk depressions were heavy duty wood glued, plug filled and sanded flush smooth. As is, as pictured.
