Original Description:
Here we have a beautiful and rare African knobkerrie, in a really unusual light very hard wood, with naturally occurring dark patches in the grain, almost like spots on a cow. A few natural age splits, but completely solid, and very hard. it has a great weight to it, at around 700 grams. measures approx 87cm long. Very slightly tapered, and the ball on the end is really nicely carved. 
Excellent. Early C20th.
