No. 1 Panoram Kodak Model D Antique Panoramic 120 Film Example PIC
Item History & Price
Not only is this a beautiful rare camera in excellent condition, but this little girl still works!! I have attached a couple of examples of what she can do. I took these recently at the site of a wildfire. You can use standard 120 roll film. The tops of the plastic ...reel for the film just needs to be sanded down just a bit to fit, which takes just a couple of minutes.
The shutter release on these cameras is a very simple thing and take pictures by swinging the lens both from right to left and from left to right. Each direction is cocked and then released with the push of a button. The instructions for this camera can be found pretty easily with a google search. This particular cameras mechanism works just as it should from right to left but the button release doesn't seem to want to hold from left to right. This just means that you simply have to hold the lens from swinging with your finger and then release it for the shot. It is not a difficult thing to do and doesn't effect the shot. This is something that I am sure someone more savvy than I could fix, but I don't want to dig into the camera myself as it is so pristine.
As you can see from the photos shown, she takes marvelous photos! Sharp and clean and wonderful! These were shot using Ilford FP5 400 film.
Camera comes as shown, with its original case!
As with all antique photographic gear that I sell, this is being sold as-is. No returns.
