Spectacular Black Leica III Camera, 50mm Elmar f3.5 Lens EX+ Description: For sale is a 1934 vintage black finish Leica III 35mm rangefinder camera outfit. It has a Leitz Elmar 5cm f3.5 lens. Body 112701, Lens 1001862, Leica cap included. See photos. Condition: Cosmetic: This camera is extraordinarily clean for a pre-war LEICA. The black finish has a few barely noticeable tiny nicks. The vulcanite is intact. Mechanical/Optical: The shutter is working at speeds faster than 30. S...lower speeds not working properly. The rangefinder is contrasty and easy to use, seems accurate. The focus and f-stop are smooth and easy. The optics have the slightest hint of haze and some light separation but capable of making a good image. Just a few things: All shipping will be USPS.
